Yoga studies and a last dance before exam

Since I started my education as yoga instructor I have been extremely busy. Normally I have time during the week to my other passions like dancing, cross fit and regular weight training, but this has been deprioritised a lot since I have to study and memorize the theory and my teaching. What yoga teaches me

Me and yoga have had an on and off relationship the last 2-3 years. I really like doing yoga, but it was something I did beside my normal training since this had first priority.
